You can reserve your date with a small deposit and settle the balance on the day, or pay in full in advance — bank transfer or cash both work. Party Pop Events confirms your booking in writing (WhatsApp or email) so you always have your date, price and arrival time on record.
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, and busy summer weekends, half terms and bank holidays often go a month or more in advance. Party Pop Events also takes last-minute bookings when a castle is free — message us on WhatsApp and we check the diary straight away.

We usually set up in the morning before your party starts and collect in the late afternoon or early evening, so you get the castle for the whole day. Setup takes about 20 minutes. Tell us your party time and we plan the drop-off around it.
Allow roughly 12ft x 12ft (about 3.6m x 3.6m) of flat lawn or patio, plus a bit of space at the front for the safety mat, and access through a gate or doorway around 75cm wide. Yes. Party Pop Events regularly sets up in church, school and community halls across South West London. Check the ceiling height with the venue — most of our castles need about 11ft (3.4m) — and confirm the hall allows inflatables and has a normal power socket within reach.
Yes, the blower runs from a standard 13amp socket and stays on for the whole hire. We bring a long outdoor-rated extension lead. If there is no power within about 25 metres — a park or field, for example — ask us about a petrol generator when you book.
Yes, but the park or council usually needs to give permission first and will ask to see our public liability insurance. Party Pop Events can send our insurance certificate and risk assessment for your application to Sutton, Merton, Croydon, Lambeth or Kingston councils.
Yes. Party Pop Events carries public liability insurance and every castle is PIPA-style safety checked, anchored properly and supplied with a safety mat and clear rules for grown-ups to supervise. We are happy to email the certificate before your party.
Every castle and ride-on car is washed, disinfected and checked before each hire, and again when it comes back to us. Nothing goes out to a child's party unless it is clean and in good repair.
Our castles suit children roughly 2 to 11 years old, with the smaller ones supervised separately from bigger kids. The little ride-on cars are best for ages 2 to 6. An adult must supervise at all times — we run through the simple rules with you at setup.
Light rain is usually fine because our castles have a shower cover, and children carry on bouncing. If high winds are forecast (above about 24mph) it is not safe to use an inflatable, so Party Pop Events will contact you the day before, move your booking to another date or refund your deposit. You are never charged for weather we cannot control.
